In preparation for the Uganda NDT tour 2014, the schools in Mbale have been practising in a tournament.
Our local reporter David has sent us this report.
“We had 12 schools and we had 2 groups namatala, police, nashibiso (new to NDT), northroad, yoweri, bujoloto
B- wambwa, nabuyonga, fairway, musoto, grace, busamaga.
Nabuyonga (6) vs Police (4) in semi final1 and Nashibiso (7) vs Busamaga (3) on semi final2. During finals Nashibiso beat Nabuyonga 8 to 4. Remember Nashibiso is a new school but it plays good netball.
We had the teachers officiate the matches and generally the tournament was good and the children enjoyed it.”
