NDT recently traveled with a UK tour party to the schools of Mbale district in Uganda to reach 600 children, twice as many as last year’s tour. The NDT tour party left England on the 23rd of June and returned to London on the 11th of July. It was truly a tour that made a difference through netball. Monica Thandi, the founder of the Netball Development Trust lead the tour party. The tour was concurrent with the World Netball Championships in Singapore, where NDT got a chance to spread awareness about their ongoing programme to the fans of netball.
